The house and apartments are brightly decorated and built with first-class materials The owners, Zdravko and Gabriela, as well as their children, Mikel and Mikela, live in the house next door.

Parking is provided inside the accommodation itself, as well as satellite TV and radio connections and free WIFI access. Smoking is allowed, and the accommodation is equipped with central heating, which enables year-round rental.
